I forgot to inform you that we will also eliminate 150 THB round trip. Thus, customer will have to add the original point as another drop-off and pay based on distance. Customers in business program can use COD/POD service that is 60 THB or 50 THB per action depending on their account type.
Also, CS is working on a script to answer customer "why the price increase". The script is too long to include here but the main idea is to "help improve fulfillment and fluidity of our eco car marketplace". Then, CS will ask whether the customer is a business customer and if so have the customer heard about business program that could give them up to 20% discount on all 4-wheel service types. If they haven't, CS will have @SalesTeam follow up with the customer.

When you follow up with these customers, you can:
1) for qualified business program customer, you can selectively give them a 10% discount code for eco car, valid from Feb 1st - Feb 12th. We'll generate code "gobp" ("go business program") for 20 customers so you won't have to request a unique code for each customer. For customers who do not qualify for business program, you can skip directly to #2. @Sine please help create the code, which I've just requested.
2) tell them more about business program, get them sign up and visit them.
Lastly, have you heard any customer feedback on price increase announcement email sent out yesterday?
