According to the diagnostic framework analysis table, 30 percent of Thailand's SMEs considered the finance accessing as one of the most important challenges to them when compared with our neighbor ASEAN countries. The venture businesses in Thailand, in addition, are still out of hand and not efficient enough to support new businesses. According to the reports of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor in 2012, 46 percent of SME entrepreneurs rely on their information background and knowledge to set up their new businesses. The lack of information and knowledge of SME entrepreneurs, thus, does affect the decisions of SME stakeholders. Most of the SME interviewees claimed that they have acquired basic information from the government sectors, yet not specific knowledge. The government does provide basic business knowledge and suggested preparations, however, it is not in-depth enough for each business sector. Most of the interviewees claimed limitations due to clustering of information, that is to say, the government provides basic information which is somewhat indirect to their specific field of business.
