1. Job Functions
(1) Perform RF planning and optimization, SC planning, spectrum management, capacity management and its implementation using analysis/optimization tools & protocols.
(2) Participate in RF tests for network optimization, reducing interference, neighbor analysis, and antenna tilt and antenna orientation for best possible coverage.
(3) Collect, monitor and generate report from OSS
(4) Optimize RNC/BSC radio parameters on cell to cell basis to improve network health index on both CS and PS
(5) Analyze performance statistics and events to improve the KPI on 3G such as but not limited to interference, handover, data throughput, call drop rate, call success rate, and also analyze traffic statistics due to congestion. This includes worst cells optimization on for example weekly basis
(6) Conduct site selection, field surveys(if necessary), data collection (if necessary), perform analysis of drive tests including but not limited to call setup success rate, coverage, interference, call drop rate, handover, data throughput, neighbor
(7) Generate drive test report according to template, plot drive test data with RF propagation & drive test analysis tools to ensure optimum design of the wireless networks.
(8) On-job training to Junior Engineers.
(9) Generate Reports for Customer Requirement, such as Regular Cluster Analysis, Benchmarking Analysis and Special tuning etc.
(10) Support on troubleshooting activities
(11) Review analyzed result with Customer to make sure all proposals can be implemented.
(12) Take the role of leader for a particular region, lead and manage a team under him or her.
2. Location
To be a Senior RF Engineer for ZTE - AIS 3G Northeast Region Project, The working location is to be based in AIS/ZTE/iChitech Office Nakhonratchasima , but traveling around Thailand is required from time to time.
3. Contract Period
(1) 24 August 2015 – 23 August 2016 (for 12 Months)
(2) 8 hours*22 working days ( per month )
4. Hiring Package
(1) Thai Baht 17,000 All Inclusive per month (for salary 15,000 , Note book&telephone 2,000 )
(2) Payment will be done according to results/reports delivered
(3) Total amount will be separated and paid on monthly basis
(4) Engineer is responsible to provide necessary tools used in completing the work.
(5) Expense has to be responsibility by individual
Travel: Transport expenses for the purpose of business to be covered by the individual
ii. Accommodation: Individual to provide own accommodation
iii. Medical/Travel Insurance: The individual must carry appropriate medical and travel insurance
while working under this contract
(6) Special terms and conditions
i. Holidays: Only with prior approval of the Client. Leave taken is at Contractors own
expense
ii. Tools: Laptop Computer, hand phone and SIM card on individual except for testing,
company shall provide.

( 6 ) พฤติกรรมการเลือกเว็บไซต์การสำรวจ ( ถ้าจำเป็น ) , เก็บข้อมูล ( ถ้าจำเป็น ) , ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ของไดรฟ์การทดสอบรวมถึง แต่ไม่ จำกัด เพื่อเรียกคะแนนความสำเร็จการติดตั้งครอบคลุม , ภาวะแทรกซ้อน , เรทโทร , ส่งมอบข้อมูล throughput , เพื่อนบ้าน
( 7 ทดสอบไดรฟ์ ) สร้างรายงานตามแม่แบบพล็อตทดสอบไดรฟ์ข้อมูลกับ RF ขยายพันธุ์&ขับทดสอบเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่า การออกแบบที่เหมาะสมที่สุดของเครือข่ายไร้สาย .
( 8 ) งานฝึกอบรมวิศวกรจูเนียร์ .
( 9 ) สร้างรายงานตามความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น การวิเคราะห์กลุ่มปกติ การเปรียบเทียบการวิเคราะห์และพิเศษปรับฯลฯ
( 10 ) สนับสนุนกิจกรรม
การแก้ปัญหา( 11 ) พิจารณาวิเคราะห์ผลด้วยลูกค้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อเสนอสามารถดำเนินการ .
( 12 ) บทบาทของผู้นำในภูมิภาคโดยเฉพาะ ตะกั่ว และจัดการทีมภายใต้เขาหรือเธอ .
2 ที่ตั้ง
เป็นอาวุโสวิศวกร RF สำหรับ ZTE - โครงการภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ AIS 3G , สถานที่ปฏิบัติงานจะอยู่ในเอไอเอส นครราชสีมา / สำนักงาน / ichitech ZTE ,แต่การเดินทางรอบประเทศไทยต้องใช้เวลา .

รายเดือน ( 4 ) วิศวกรเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเพื่อให้เครื่องมือที่จำเป็นที่ใช้ในการทํางาน .
( 5 ) ค่าใช้จ่ายมีความรับผิดชอบโดยเดินทางบุคคล
: ค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ของธุรกิจเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมบุคคล
2 สถานที่ตั้ง : บุคคลให้เองที่พักแพทย์ / ประกันการเดินทาง :
3แต่ละคนจะต้องแบกที่เหมาะสมทางการแพทย์และประกันการเดินทางในขณะที่ทำงานนี้
