1. Create manpower plan by collecting information and Human Resource Requisition Form (FM-AD-01-02) from Manager or supervisor of Department during budget preparation and Finance and Administration Controller or Administration set the Master Manpower (FM-AD-01-03), and be approved by the company chairmen.
2. Finance and Administration Controller or assigned staff is notified of a requirement to recruit for new headcount and provide job description & qualification as Job Description. Any request positions, must be informed before starting date at least 20 days.
3. Finance and Administration Controller or assigned staff checks with Master Manpower Plan and review job description & qualification and estimate annual salary cost and request approval from the company chairmen.
4. Advertise a job vacancy, which specify the job specification refer to Job Description via Internet or paper or request to agency. Administration reviews resumes and screen basic profile; gender, age, educational background, experiences, and hands to the request department.
5. Manpower requested department reviews and selects resume, and inform Administration to arrange an interview. Applicant must fill the Application Form (FM-AD-01-04) and hand to Administration.
5.1 For the operation position, interviewer first stage must be Supervisor and Administration. The second stage must be manager of the department and Finance & Administration Controller,
5.2 For the staff position, interviewer must be the section manager and Finance and Administration Controller. Both stages must use Interview Evaluation Form (FM-AD-01-05) to score the candidate. And the second stage must be the Finance & Administration Controller and General Manager.
6. Finance and Administration Controller issues employment, contract Employee signs the contract and the form. Administration staff will keep applicant’s resume, and profiles entire the applicant’s working and after resigning 2 years.
7. Employee will be given a copy of Company Regulation and Code of Conduct at Orientation training. Employee shall sign and return the last page which will be keep in personal file.
8. Employee will be held an Introduction orientation training which including Quality, Environmental & Safety awareness training Work Instruction by supervisor (if any).
9. Probation period is set to 119 days. Personal Objectives as appropriate for the position / applicant will be evaluated 35days and inform the result to the applicant 30days by verbal and official letter before probation is cut probation evaluation.
10. In case of internal recruitment, the announcement will be done announce before position require date at least 1 week, interview by follow the step no.5 and also consider from the employee documents; evaluation, skill matrix etc. After completed interview and selection process, department manger must submit the Personal Action Notice Form (FM-AD-01-06) to Finance and Administration Department for approval and check the headcount.
