Both D2 and D3 have a higher biogas production rate than D1, and the production rate of D3 is the biggest. The average production rate of D3 during the test period was 0.472 m3/(m3 d), and D2 was 0.389 m3/(m3 d), while D1 was 0.142 m3/(m3 d). Obviously, the heating system greatly promoted the biogas production of household digesters. And using building materials with smaller heat conductivity is useful in increasing the biogas output.
