Main Responsibilities:
• Make an individual sales plan including the visit schedule per customer for the respective territory within the assigned budget including Total Trade Spend (TTS) to achieve the monthly sales targets.
• Review the sales plan and take order from customers (wholesales and local supermarkets) in terms of regular sales and product display within the respective region.
• Sell and convince the promotion activities theme including new products introduction to customers in order to achieve the sales target and ensure the theme visibility in line with the marketing plan.
• Negotiate with Floor Manager or the owner of the wholesales/local supermarkets on the home shelf and special display; supervise Merchandising for the product display at point of sales in line with Nestle merchandising guidelines
• Provide on-the-job training to MGs for selling skills and merchandising; evaluate their performance (local supermarkets and semi-wholesalers).
• Brainstorm in the regional promotion plan for half-year and yearly sales planning in order to set the guidelines for regional promotion.
