Fabrinet ECHO problems: Software error and Hardware problem.
I have changed the hard drive ( Software ) after changed and then test the
system. The system able to boot up into the windows and then login the
winic sofware. The system able to load the software. But in PLC showed
interlock override not accessible
I have logged into winic by HOST or admin. it is still the same.
Then I tried to test run the system to performed scanning some unit. For
short area no problem some time and some time problem, but when using long
area scan alway the X axis is error and software no reponding and then
need to re-start the system. The system able to scan just for short time
and the system hangs. After re-set the software and test again the system
does not recall the possition. when I tried to move the scanner.The
transducer does not follow the right possition as I moved.
The software now is 4.6.0 b. I think the scanner might not work well or
encoder error or other problem.
I really need you help to verify together with me to find out the right
problem together. Please help to send FSE from Sonix to help me.
I found so many problems with the old system now. I fixed for spansion 4
systems and UTAC 2 systems and next plan for SAM Thai.
SAM Thai, I think after change the HDD software. Everything is fine.

Dear Pallop and SONIX Team.
Could you favors me with the problem of ECHO system in fabrinet. At the
moment,
there are many Business units (customers) here they have been requesting
to perform
C-SAM, but our system not be able to support them as well as normal
condition. A lot
of strange noises. System motion cannot enabled after start and must be
restart and
restart again ....System in complete havoc.
I am anxious to hear from you about the scheduling date/time to fixed on
this from
your team. I need you and SONIX team to rise up this issue to top priority.
Last week, your competitor (Brian from SONO Scan) visited us and found
that ECHO
system is out of order. He tries to ask during a meeting, what's happened
? but I
did not tell him anything. I am afraid that he may be getting this chance
to flight
and complain about SONIX.
Could you help to brainstorm with your team in Malaysia or US and help us
to get
rid of this problem asap.
