Preparation
1. Wash the pork, cut into slices about 1cm. thick, broil until done, and then cut crosswise into thin slices.
2. Chop the chilli and garlic until well
mashed, add the sugar, fish sauce, and lime
juice, and stir to mix.
3. Place the pork on a bed of lettuce arranged
on a plate, pour on the sauce from step 2,
garnish with the lime slices, and serve.
4. Ready to serve.
