French President Francois Hollande will make a rare address to both houses of parliament on Monday following Friday's attacks in Paris. At an extraordinary congress at the Versailles Palace, Hollande will address 577 MPs and 326 senators, and lay out France’s response to the attacks. Prime Minister Manuel Valls said the country will have to deal with the risk of terrorism for a long time, and said new attacks are possible in the coming days or weeks.
