Today I read the article about the restaurant that serves up rejected food. I agree that tons of food is wasted every year because of aesthetic reasons ,while many people starve around the world. I think we have a chance to win the battle against food waste. I am surprised that Rub & Stub Restaurant has found really innovative way to fight food wast. They tries to reduce the amount of wasted food by using food that supermarkets cannot sell or do not want to.I like idea that The restaurant that serves up rejected food. The restaurant has two paid employees - a project manager and head chef - but all the other staff are volunteers. It is funded by Danish charity Retro and profits go towards development projects in Sierra Leone.
