•Managing the OJT Programme, new hire orientation and ensuring comprehensive training for new employees.
•To lead, create and build staff relation within organization to strengthen employee engagement.
•Analyzes the training needs of the organization, identifies areas requiring improvement, and assesses the company's learning environment along with the characteristics of the employees that will be trained.
•Creating and updating annual development plans.
•Ensuring competency base management and creating, implementing and conducting GAP analysis to determine training needs.
•Conduct training to raise awareness to all staff and outsource staff to comply with corporate compliance guidelines & policy.
•Develop training database and generate training record through the intranet/HRIS.
•Analyst data and generate reports required by laws and internal auditor team (compliance, Skill Development Funds)
•Preparing various HR related monthly reports.
