Recipe
1. Snapper 1.
2. Lemongrass, smashed into a light 1/4 cup (soft base).
3. Shallots, sliced 1/4 cup.
4. Lightly pounded garlic 1/4 cup.
5. Kaffir lime leaves 20.
6. 7 pcs dried chillies.
7. Sauce 2 tbsp.
8. 1.5 tablespoon Brown Peep.
9. 1.5 tbsp tamarind water.
10. 1-2 cups flour, fried.
How to make
1. Bend the bone and then use the skewer during the last bone on the neck to tail next to Gill firmly. Sprinkle with flour and fry on medium heat until crisp .
