Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
Extensive and in depth knowledge of Cost Estimation and Cost Control.
Must be an effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with all program management team levels including Clients, Owner and Contractors.
Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
Professional presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Multi-tasking skills, independent and highly-responsible.
