In reply to the following claim, The documentation to bank , yes, was delayed due to several amendment required as some of the clauses stated on LC not compliable. For this, if there is any bank charges incurred we will take responsibility.
But Documents for clearance was not delayed. I hope you treat this as separate issue.
For Clearance, Japan has provided a Commercial Invoice which you have rejected at first. Then I have prepared the necessary documents for clearance and emailed to you. But Starmarine not sure if our 2nd revised Documents can be used for clearance and thus requested for the same Documents we submitted to bank which we did emailed to you promptly.
Somkhaun-san, Please take note, after every email I sent you, I will only get your response/reply 1-2 days later. Therefore, I believed the delay was not caused by us or YMR Japan as I have acted and submitted the necessary documents promptly as soon I received your email.
