Business cannot move forward and perform in a high performance, if they are lack of good Human resource. According to Hackett, 2015 human resource is one of the most important sections within an organization. It helps the organization screen and recruit the candidate that meet with the organization objective and requirement.
Deploying HR will help develop the business performance in several ways, such as putting the right people to a right place. E.g. Staff A is specialist on IT the company should put him or her to IT department. It also help increase staff satisfaction by letting them do their job that their expert on. It will help retention staff and decline staff turnover that might cause by the business performance and their satisfaction.
As I have interviewed Ms. Tanapa Sanpradub the Human resource manager of Prinnciple school. She mentioned that if the organization put the staff in a wrong position, it might cause lots of problems, such as conflict between, underperformance or might damage to the whole organization. It will lead to the poor business performance and also make the staff unsatisfied with the company. E.g. Prinnciple is a school and the staff is a teacher if the HR section of Prinnciple School put the teacher that specialist on Historical to teach Mathematics, it will make him unsatisfied with his role.
