I’m having difficulty connecting to the YUM VPN to check the store.
Can you please try this for me on the store’s BOH PC:
1. Go to C:MS2Response and check if there is a CXD file dated today. It would look something like 00007xxxx.CXD
2. If there is, move the file to C:MS2Packets
3. From c:MS2, doubleclick MS2packets.bat to process the packets
4. Once the packets are done processing, you can have the stores run update files
If there is no CXD file let me know.
