Sales engineer Function (Omron Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.)
• Leading and executing the work assigned for the Solution Realization unit through employed Project Management, Solutions Integration and System Analyst.
• Manage Systems Integration customer projects, to secure that the project goals are met, that the customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the responsibilities and scope of the contract.
• Coordinating work of project engineering division, Maintenance support division
• Communicated project status.
• Negotiate on costing with third party supplier
• Negotiate on special price from factory for special case
• Responsibility: Presentation project proposal, demonstrate, in-line test, technical data support, issue quotation sheet and after sale service.
• Analyzed requirements from customer for prepare solution, specify specification and issue proposal submit to customer with smart products (because of smart sensor is a new technology in Thailand). Proposed and implemented methods and equipment that would detect defects introduced during the production process.
• Design engineering of control system
• Control and planning of the project schedule.
• Technical support to customer, Advisor and manage Omron’s distributor
• Report all detail to manager.
