10/10 would use again. Coming from a person who has chronic colds during the winter months, with no decongestant that works well, (my body probably has developed an immunity to it from constant use for years) this worked fantastically. My boyfriend introduced me to things and I was curious to see. Helped so much. Definitely going to do this more often.

+Cupcake9rrl Headphones are what is best to use and is often recommended to use with binaural beats as earbuds dont get the same quality. And whether you get a strong set of squeezing headphones or a comfortable loose pair is up to your decision making.
