Daily Operation (Local Staff)
There are 5 local staff.
1 Manager, 1 Customer service/operation, 1 Logistic care, 1 Workshop networking and 1 Book keeping.
Marcus believes 5 staff should have capacity of handling 5000pcs/month sales, therefore 2-3 staff in Bangkok to start would be adequate. There are 4 warehouses but only 1 or 2 are active. With volume expansion, they will hire 1 more staff for warehouse keeping. Tyrepac mentioned about the breakeven point is around two years.
Tyrepac Indonesia receive phone call around 10 -20 calls per day from the beginning.
