- A system-generated Payment Advice will be issued upon clicking on the 'ORDER NOW' button at the last step of checkout.
- Please print out this '7-Eleven Cash-Only Payment Advice' and bring it to the nearest 7-Eleven store by the end of the 'Due Date' indicated on the Payment Advice to complete your cash payment, failing which the order(s) will be cancelled by the system due to non-payment of purchase price.
- Prices are rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5 cents to facilitate cash payment handling and change dispensing at 7-Eleven stores, and the difference by rounding-up will be refunded to your Q-account, i.e. S$ 0.01 - S$0.04 to become S$0.05 and $0.06 – S$0.09 to become S$0.10
- 7-Eleven payment service is available only for cash payments at all 7-Eleven stores in Singapore, except the ones at Shell stations and Changi Airport.
- All payments made between 6.30am to 12.00am will be processed on the next business day. All payments made between 12.00am to 6.30am will be processed on the same day. All time calculations are based on Singapore time zone.
- The minimum amount of cash-only payment is S$5.00 and the maximum amount of payment is S$500.00
- Payments cannot be refunded by 7-Eleven. Please refer to Qoo10 for all payment and product matters.
