Information Database and Lessons Learned
In each organization people learn everyday and improve their work
constantly based on the experiences gained. Apart from the fact that this is
positive for the employee (who is incrementing his knowledge and skills) it is
also beneficial for the company as a whole in the sense that individuals perform
better, and thus the organization as a whole. However, the organization can
also learn on itself by capturing relevant experiences and distributing them
through the organization. This ensures that the appropriate persons consult
the right knowledge at the right time.
