Job Responsibilities:
Training & Development
• Plan and create staff education plan.
• Create and design the content and activity in each training course.
Compensation and HR Planning
• Perform evaluation and compensation system.
• Manage HR database and staff evaluation.
• Prepare and check report including document as assigned by supervisor.
• Support the project to encourage staff motivation.
Welfare and Employee Relations
• Handle document process concerning to company welfare.
• Prepare supporting data to improve company welfare.
• Create and arrange activity to build up good relationship among staff.
Qualification:
• Male or Female, not over 25 years old.
• 0 - 3 year experience, fresh graduate is preferable.
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Political Science, Humanities, Human Resources Management or related fields.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good in computer skill (Microsoft Office).
• Good communication, positive thinking and service.
• Good in English both written and speaking.
