3.3. Performance of the method for three different growth mediain comparisonA 7-band pattern of TCY (0.5–10 ng/band) was applied on theHPTLC plate. Each pattern (not developed) was subjected to the B.s. bioassay using various growth media, i.e. HB, LB and MLB with0.7 ≤ OD600 nm≤ 0.9.
