Primary Responsibility of planning and coordinating implementation of changes
Obtaining authorization for change
Reviewing Implemented Changes
Convening emergency CAB meetings
Generating Change Management reports
May have Change coordinators to support
CAB Member
Belongs to the CAB and participates in all CAB meetings
Helps in reviewing all RFCs to estimate impact
Participates in Scheduling Changes
