We are unable to change addresses through email. It can be requested by phone, by mail, or by fax. If you would prefer to make this change by fax, please submit a notarized request to our Support Services Department at 1-205-560-3291. Please note that the request must be notarized by a US notary. We cannot accept requests notarized by foreign notaries.

Requests received with the proper information will be processed in 1-2 business days upon receipt.
Once updated and processed, you may then request that the funds be sent to your new address on file in the form of a check written in US dollars.
