Salary
You will commence at basic salary of THB 32,000 per month, and subjected to the salary adjustment THB 35,000 per month depending on the 4 month probation completion performance.
Bonus
You will be entitled to a yearly bonus of 1 month salary, once the successful completion of the 4 month probation. The 1 bonus payout will be calculated based on pro-rate employment period method and full month salary from the 2 year onwards.
Transportation, Attendance and foods allowance
As this is an executive position, there will be no claim of transportation, attendance and food allowances.
Overtime
As this is an executive position, there will be no claim of overtime of allowance.
Probation
You will undergo probation period of 4 months, which your work performance will be observed and evaluated competence in the job function areas & others related & others related job activities.
Working days /hours
The working days and hours are as follows:
a. Working Days – Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturday an off-day (44/48 hours per week).
b. Working hours – 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (with 1 hour of lunch time 12 noon to 1.00 pm)
Annual Leave
Subject to confirmation of employment, you are entitled to total 13 days annual leave consisted of (7 days of vacation leave) and (6 days business leave).The given annual leaves on completion of a full year service or based on a pro-rated basis for than 1 years service. The annual leave can be taken with prior application notice and approval from their immediate superior.
Termination
Termination of service contract can be initiated by either party with written information based on 2 weeks during the probationary period & 1 month notice upon confirmation; or payment in lieu of all such notices.
