Manage 123 Payment Acceptance system for Japanese clients. Oversee all daily operations, business processes/procedures, quality control and business intelligence for the system.
- Serve as Business Development lead for the next phase system for Japanese clients. Define functional tasks, deliverables, dependencies and timeline. Regularly report status to management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the VP, Sales and Marketing
- Work to build and maintain relationships with Japanese partners
- Generate marketing intelligence from relationship systems. Provide tactical recommendations on identifying, targeting and cross-marketing Firm contacts (e.g., clients, prospects, referrals, etc.). Proactively identify trends and opportunities to drive marketing systems strategy.
