I would like to reconcile your account to ensure it is up to date. Would you please send a statement of account to fcgpap-thailand@flightcentre.com, showing any outstanding, unpaid invoices which you have already previously sent to us, with a travel date prior to 30 April 2015.
Please ensure that your statement of account contains the Flight Centre Global Product booking numbers. Our booking numbers start with two letters (IH/TP/IZ/GW etc) followed by 6 alpha numeric characters. In line with our contract terms and conditions, invoices must be received by our office within 90 days of service availed or the service will be provided free of charge.
If there are no invoices outstanding, would you please reply by return email to confirm that your account is up to date as at 30 April 2015.
