• Take care of company customers and visitors
• Answer incoming calls, re-direct call and take adequate messages
• Connect long distance and oversea calls, check telephone, take care of internal telephone system and update telephone list
• To keep reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
• Distribute and deliver the mail, incoming fax, letters
• To proceed and coordinate for rental car reservation, hotel and airplane ticket reservation
• To support on purchasing office supplies and stationery
• To maintain and manage inventory of office supplies, material in pantry and stationery
• To coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment with suppliers
• To supervise messenger, maid and MD’s car driver
