As you may already aware, we are pushing for contract signatures with RCB. The longer we prolong, the more discount we have to give back to RCB. It is very unfortunate that for the last couple days, the Antik box didn’t talk to PMS. As a results, guest profile and billing info won’t show up on the STB.
Can you please solve this issue urgently? If you think this is the PMS issue, please help us get the (undeniable) evidence to support our claim so we can push into the right direction.
