Figure 2 presents results of analysis (standardized factor loadings and correlations)
for the two constructs: Perceived Usefulness of Knowledge Sharing and User Satisfaction.
Figure 3 shows similar results for the constructs representing the four organizational
variables Supervisor, Coworker, Leadership, and Incentives. Figure 4 presents
details of the measurement model for the three constructs Knowledge Content Quality,
KM System Quality, and Knowledge Use. Note that the model achieved good
overall fit. Moreover, all factor loadings for the constructs are significant at the 0.01
level.
