As for request of taking photo from Inabata, Suzuki MD is very angry and complain to me
that you did not support customer’s request and could not explain proper reason
why we did not take photo to Fujii-san.
From now, you must do all customer’s request without any objections.
You must not say to customer “can not” or “busy”.
Firstly, think idea, try to do,
after that, if you can not do, you should explain to customer about proper reason.
Please think “customer first” and get customer’s satisfaction which I say often.
