โครงการออกแบบนิทรรศการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยววิถีชุมชนเชิงอนุรักษ์ (Eco-tourism) จังหวัดหนองคาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางออกแบบนิทรรศการการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยววิถีชุมชนเชิงอนุรักษ์ (Eco-tourism) และออกแบบงานนิทรรศการการท่องเที่ยวรวมทั้งสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆที่ใช้โปรโมทงานนิทรรศการ โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่่างชาติ ในการดำเนินงานวิจัยได้ศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องด้าน การออกแบบนิทรรศการและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยมีกระบวนการนำมาวิเคราะห์กระบวนการคิดในการแก้ปัญหาการออกแบบนิทรรศการและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของงานนิทรรศการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยววิถีชุมชนเชิงอนุรักษ์ สามารถนำมาสู่รูปแบบผลงาน ที่สามารถกำหนดแนวทางในการสร้างสรรค์​ ด้วยแนวคิด การให้ผู้คนได้เห็นคุณค่าของธรรมชาติ และการใช้อย่างถูกวิทีจะนำไปสู่การอนุรักษ์ที่ยั่งยืน โดยมีแรงบันดาลใจมาจาก ความเป็นธรรมชาติของป่าไม้ ธานนํ้าที่ให้ชีวิตแก่ทุกสรรพสิ่่ง และได้นำมาประยุกเข้ากับพื้นที่ที่ใช้จัดงานนิทรรศการที่ สวนสาธารณะหนองถิ่นที่ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งรวมผู้คนที่รักในสุขภาพ และความเป็นธรรมชาติของสวนสาธารณะที่รายล้อมไปด้วยต้นไม้สีเขียวและบึงนํ้าขนาดใหญ่จึงนำมาออกแบบงานนิทรรศการ
