Your Favs Are Alright: Kim Taeyeon
Taeyeon has supported her labelmates in their projects, including promoting Kyuhyun’s solo album.
After she was outed as being in a relationship with EXO’s Baekhyun, she stated in instagram, “I really want to apologize to you. I’m sorry for the pain I have caused.”
She approached her fans at the airport shortly after the incident to apologize and expressed a wish that she could explain the situation.
Taeyeon pointed out that the members of SNSD could be the ideal types of both men and women.
Taeyeon is close to and supportive of rookie girl group, Red Velvet.
She bravely addressed issues of serious harassment and threats she faced from an older male idol.
“When there are hurtful times and sad times, I’ve come to find that there is no one else but these nine people here. Even really close oppas or manager oppas..if they’re not in SNSD, no one really knows and understands. There were so many times like that and I wish that there will be no more times of hurt and sadness that brings us to tears… I love you, our SNSD.” - Kim Taeyeon
Taeyeon made a sincere apology after making insensitive remarks towards nurses. She admited she was immature and that what she said was wrong.
Despite the fact that she and her group mates have acknowledged that she struggles with depression on some level, she still tries to her best to work hard and make her fans happy.
Though she has been driven to take legal action against those who harass her, Taeyeon made numerous posts on her instagram recently showing her thankfulness towards Sones.
Taeyeon liked two posts supporting gay rights after gay marriage was legalized in America.
She answered the question “What do you think of same gender relationships?” by saying that “As long as they like each other, there’s nothing wrong about it” on her SM trainee questionnaire.
