• Manage the implementation of employee relations and industrial peace policy and make sure that it is followed up continually.
• Manage company’s annual communication plan through all internal channels and ensure the effectiveness of top-down and bottom-up approach.
• Work closely, give consult and evaluate the performance of every in-house employee’s™ participation committees and workgroups.
• Manage all employee’s well-being and recognition programs, collect all employee’s feedback, grievance & recommendation and report to management team.
• Weekly meeting with site manager / Plant site visit follow up.
