Please find attached the map and information for the Hugo Event.
This an event for Primary children. They are all running up and down the path from gate 2 to the pond.
They are running to raise money to help pay for research into an illness that one of the Reception children has. Parents will come and watch the run.
The set up is on Thursday. It is very simple but there are many details: - water - tents - PA - chairs etc.
K Mai has confirmed the tents will come Thursday morning 09:00-12:00.
K Wiwat, and Janitors we are meeting tomorrow Wednesday 09:30 in my office.
K Wiwat, and K Surachai (Jet) and K Yo, please can we meet tomorrow Wednesday at 10:00 in my office so we can discuss how to organise the water cooler systems for mini events to make the jobs easy for everyone.
K Chatrapee I have requested 1x nurse to standby with cold water cloths etc in the sound tent area in case the children who are running get too hot.
