Tom's Shoes Strategy
In this strategic project I investigated the brand positioning, competition and market opportunities for Tom Shoes. I then developed three personas, the World Traveller, The Trendster and the Comfort Seeker, and analyzed their daily experience in order to develop marketable product ideas.
The final concept creates a new product group for Tom's Shoes that allowed Tom's wearers to choose to "Sustain their Sole" by repairing and decorating their old Tom's with branded DIY packs
