Nine more companies showed up today to buy bid documents for digital TV on the second day of the selling of documents staged by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission.
Among the potential bidders who bought documents which cost one million baht for each set were Voice TV, Spring News, MCOT, Nation, Work Point Entertainment, Bangkok Media, Mono Group, TV Pool, and Siam Sports.
Representatives of each company said they were confident of winning the bid as they have already have personnel and facilities in place. Until today a total of 17 companies have bought the bid documents which will open until 4 p.m. today.
