(5) Similar-taxi and local competition: First, the individuals willfind the local optimum in every group by competing with eachother. Then, all individuals are scattered around the winnerbased on the normal distribution during new individuals’ gen-eration, and the score of each individual is computed to finda new winner. If the score of new winner is not higher thanthat of the old winner, we call the phenomenon “the group ismature”. Otherwise, the new winner will be instead of the oldwinner of the group, and the new winner’s information will berecorded to the local billboard. The process is repeated untilthe group is mature.
