The aim of this MSLA is to provide a basis for close cooperation between ITMS and all
clients (staff, students and business units) within CDU for IT related support services to be
provided by ITMS. This will ensure timely and efficient support service availability to the
clients and students at CDU. The objectives of this agreement are detailed in Section 1.2.
This agreement is contingent upon each party knowing and fulfilling their responsibilities
and generating an environment conducive to the achievement and maintenance of
targeted service levels.
This MSLA will evolve over time, with additional knowledge of the client requirements, as
well as the introduction of new devices and services into the support portfolio (Service
Catalogue) provided by ITMS as an appendix to this document.
