The results on soluble peroxidases

The results on soluble peroxidases were not reflected in thewall-bound peroxidases. 9 peroxidase bands were detected, des-ignated P1–P9, depending on their movement toward the pole(Fig. 4A and B). No variations were observed in the number ofbands in the different media and hence the wall-bound peroxidaseisoforms are not valid for the detection of somatic embryogenesis.
