The Death of Gianni Versace
Gianni was the founder and creator of international fashion house, Versace. The unique designer, inspired by the works of Andy Warhol and the stage, was one of the first designers to link fashion to the music world, working with famed singers such as Cher, Sting, Elton John and more. In 1997, serial killer, Andrew Cunanan murdered the young designer outside of his Miami Beach estate. The Versace legacy lives on today and is known as one of the top Italian luxury brands. Gianni’s sister, Donatella, and brother, Daniel, now run the company.
