I am not sure that your process is change or not. Normally, we have to test before until it is 100% complete. As your team request 1 month for this issue, we tried to bargain for timeline as short as possible but it does not , we accept it. So, if i misunderstand your process, please explain in order to avoiding any trouble.
In the meantime, our payment process is usually 30 days credit.
