Please see mail below to the business and functional leaders that outlines our approach to the decision to pay out bonus for 2013. Please note that a maximum cap was required on pay outs in order to ensure we stayed within the discretionary budget. We will shortly launch the process to complete the scorecards for 2014 goals & objectives (we will need to complete this by end April).
As part of the roll out, we will provide you with some good material to help explain the bonus program to local managers - we cannot avoid the fact that bonus pay out is dependant on business performance combined with achievement of personal goals also.
