The results of PLS analysis indicate that three structural mod-els are validated for studying transaction-specific satisfaction andintegrated satisfaction. Furthermore, in comparison with threestructural models, Model C provides the best value of GoF. There-fore Model C shows the best relationship among all the constructsmeaning that even integrated satisfaction is a one-off summa-tion satisfaction and overall satisfaction is a cumulative formof satisfaction to date; they play similar role in the study oftransaction-specific satisfaction and customer loyalty.
