We have worked hard to increase our level of innovation and customer intimacy in the past 12 months,
investing in our product development and marketing teams to support the growth plans we have. In 2016
to support our increased level it is important to update our Chicopee branding and communication
message. These changes will be gradual and will not affect ordering across the majority of products to
minimize the impact to all customers. The changes will encompass 2 key areas.
• Product codes = codes of some products will be changed
• Packaging design = clean design, increased size of product name, barcode and sku code
These changes have all been timed to come into effect from the 1st of April 2016 to ensure minimal
customer disruption. We trust that our distributor will convey the changes in packaging and branding to
you in due course.
