Last Friday July 17th we discussed the IQ related to Safety and Quality of the so called OSL project performed on July 10th. Since there is no URS signed off for agreement by all relevant stakeholders (project, operations, safety and quality) the IQ is done against FC corporate standards, among others CE and GMP. We discussed the reports for safety and quality and agreed we found quite some deviations of which some are critical. You can find those critical ones marked red in the attachment. We agreed we will focus on these items labeled red, since they must be solved before commercial start up in order to apply with corporate standards regarding safety and quality.
Other deviations will move to the punch list. Agreed is the punch list will be finished within project responsibility according an agreed plan. This can be done after commercial start up although both project and production will strive for the quickest possible sustainable solution. 5S items (listed separately in the Quality IQ) will be handled by production department.
The reports in the attachment only reflect the IQ (installation qualification). Sterility test already has been carried out in March 2017 during OQ (operation qualification) and are passed (confirmed by K. Prattana). Only issue is the seal which has been revalidated on July 17th . Modifications has been carried out over the last weeks in order to meet specifications on this spec. D.d. July 17th a performance qualification (PQ) has been carried out incl. some points that we missed or not passed in the OQ in March. You can find the test plan in attachment. Results are expected soon. Only a positive results of these three reports together can give a positive commissioning result.
