business. Therefore just remain calm and treat each caller one at a time. The worst mistake one can make is to take out the frustration of the previous caller on the present one.
5. Choose your words carefully – Remember you do not have too much time over the phone conversation. Whatever you say has to be clear and precise and easy to understand. If you use words that are not easy to understand then you will have to repeat yourself which again will result in waste of time. This will also result in making the other person uncomfortable and probably embarrassed. The end result might turn out to be an unsuccessful phone call and possibly a loss of an opportunity.
