from sweetpotatoleaves.Resultsindicatedthatthetotalphenoliccontentinextractsrangedfrom23.3
to 43.8mgCAE/gDM,and70%ethanolextracthadthehighesttotal flavonoid(3.4mgQE/gDM)andtotal
anthocyanin(36.5mgc-3-gE/100gDM)content.While,50%acetoneextractexhibitedthehighestcrude
extractyield(33.4%indrymaterials),totalphenoliccontent(43.8mgCAE/gDM),aswellasthestrongest
in vitro antioxidantactivities.Thebestcorrelationwithantioxidantactivitieswasobservedontotal
phenolics. Totally14phenolicswereidentified ortentativelyidentified in50%acetoneextract,caf-
feoylquinicacid(CQA)andquercetinderivativeswereindicatedasthemostabundantphenolics.HPLC
analysisalsorevealedthattheextractionefficiency of3-CQA,caffeicacid,3,4-,3,5-and4,5-diCQAvaried
with thepolarityoftestedsolvent,and70%acetoneshowedthehighestextractioncapacityfor3,4-,3,5-
