1.Many crosspiece tree(MDF) for MFC in the container are to be ablished.
->Big volume of scrap materials are occurred.
->Considerable amount of waste disposal fee is charged.
->Big volume of the scrap materials have to be kept in the warehouse.
2.Corner protecters against the steel bundles are to be ablished.
->It is confirmed the corner protecters is less effective.
->Corner protecters become the scrap materials at the end.
->Nail fixing is extremely dangerous by its naked nail-tip.
->Nails sometime stick to the MFC, dangerous on the process of manufucturing.
3.Fixed position of the steel bundles is scattered.
->Please keep the steel bundle position always in the same position.
4.Width and thhickness enlargement of the steel belt
->Holding power of the steel belt becomes strong enough to
prevent from slipping off problem.
->Number of steel belt can be reduced from present 5pcs to 3 pcs.
5.Crosspiece tree should be fixed on the protective panel.
->Fix the bundle on the 30mm thick crosspiece tree lengthwise.
->It realizes to save a lot of crosspiece tree scrap and packing cost save.
->Keep the same position to fix the crosspiece tree on the protective panel.
->This is effective to protect the deflection and warping during the storing term.
->Ditch of the crosspiece tree can keep the steelbelt always in the same
position and it prevent from the steel belt from slipping off aside.
6.It is strongly requested not to continue such packing system as
fixing PNP name plate beside the MFC bundles by the stapler.
->MFC with PNP name plate fixed by stapler was dellivered to the customer
factory and once there was a dangerous possibility that such MFC
was pressed by laminator and it had a risk to damage the laminator roll.
